Library Lab Printers

Each student receives an annual allowance of 1200 pages of ‘free’ laser printing in the computer lab. The credit, equivalent to $60, is placed in your printing account on August 15. If you exhaust your printing allowance, you can buy additional pages at the circulation desk for $0.05 per page, in $5.00 increments. If you have questions about your balance or believe there has been a printing error on your account, email the library's Information Technology staff at lawtech@smu.edu.

Lexis and Westlaw Printers

Westlaw and Lexis provide online access to a vast quantity of research materials as well as free printing of those materials. Conserve your library printing account by using the Westlaw and Lexis printers to print Lexis and Westlaw documents. To print to Westlaw and Lexis printers, select the “LIBRARY” or “3RD FLOOR COMPUTER LAB” printer from the Lexis or Westlaw printing options.
