Group Study Room Reservations

Instructions:

1. To reserve a group study room, click on the room's number at the left side of the page.
2. Each reservation is for one hour, so you must make two reservations to reserve a room for two hours.
3. Rooms may be reserved for no more than two hours.
4. After making a reservation, refresh/reload this page to view your reservation on the schedule below.
5. A reservation requires the use of a study room by three or more SMU LAW STUDENTS.
6. Reservations may be made up to five days in advance, but students may have only one reservation pending at any time.
7. RESERVATIONS WILL BE CANCELED TEN MINUTES AFTER THE HOUR, IF THE KEY IS NOT CHECKED OUT.
8. Please use first and last names when signing up for rooms. This allows us to e-mail you if necessary.
